Highly Recommended!
This was a new experience for me selling a home. Shalimar was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had. She was always available when I needed her. I would highly recommend Shalimar if you are looking to sell. She is the BEST!!!

I can not believe how easy selling our home was with Rose our corner. She went to bat for us like none before her. My Husband and I HIGHLY recommend Shalimar! She is simply unbelievably talented. 10 stars!

Shalimar was the realtor I needed. She took the time to get to know me and my situation so we could figure out what would work best for selling my house around my family’s schedule and then answered all my questions along the way up until closing. I just really felt like she was on my side and understood exactly what i needed. She made a situation that I thought would be stressful super easy, and I would recommend her again and again.

I had my house on market for almost 8 months. I worked with 3 realtors before reaching out to Shalimar. When I met Shalimar, she was so confident, trustworthy, genuine, caring and thoughtful. I was getting the house ready by myself so she offered me to help with touch up paint of the house before the showing. I had moved out of state so she took care of all the other items of the house while I wasn't there. To my surprise the house was sold in 10 days after being in the market with her.
I highly recommend her. She was quick, experienced in making quick decisions and helpful. If I plan to buy or sell I would definitely prefer no other than Shalimar Rose.
